Lucy López-Roig, Ph. D.
Founder and President
Dr. Lucy López-Roig earned her doctorate at Purdue University with double specialization in industrial and clinical psychology. She has over 30 years experience in the fields of personnel administration
organizational development and industrial psychology. In addition, she has been consultant to a number and variety of organizations in Puerto Rico's public and private sectors.
She developed and directed the first doctoral program in Puerto Rico in industrial psychology at the Caribbean Center for Advanced Studies. She also served as professor of psychology and Director of the Organizational Development program at Interamerican University.
Among many professional honors and distinctions, she was named Citizen of the Year by the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, and co-founder and president of the Puerto Rico Council on quality of Life. She was the first Hispanic elected to the Board of Trustees of Seton Hill College in Greensburg Pennsylvania and was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ponce School of Medicine. Dr. López-Roig is a member of the American and Puerto Rico psychological Associations the Society for Industrial, Organizational psychology Sigma XI Society and the International platform Association.
Marion A. Wennerholm, Ph. D.
Co-Founder and Executive Vice President
Dr. Marion A. Wennerholm earned her doctorate in clinical psychology Purdue University and is co-founder of Lucy López-Roig and Associates. Her professional experience includes service as Director of Clinical Training for the doctoral program in clinical psychology at the Caribbean Center for Advanced Studies. She was professor in this program for eleven years.
She has been consultant to many private and Government organizations and has designed numerous performance appraisal systems and programs for organizational change. She has guided her firm's development of Employee Assistance Programs since l980 for private, multinational and governmental agencies in Puerto Rico. Dr. Wennerholm is a member of the American Psychological Association (Clinical and Consulting Psychological divisions) the Puerto Rico Psychological Association the American Orthopsychiatric Association, and the Society of Psychologists in Management.
