For over 30 years, our
parent company, Lucy López-Roig & Associates has engaged in a process of
innovation, development and growth in response to the needs of the Puerto Rican
community. We have been privileged to serve many businesses, educational
institutions and government agencies, helping them support their human
resources, manage crisis and change, and enhance productivity.
Since 1984, the firm has been a leader in the design and implementation of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) in Puerto Rico in ways that are sensitive to our cultural and linguistic context. We are very pleased that Lucy López-Roig EAP, Inc. is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), an international agency that accredits EAPs and other human service organizations. Ours is the first EAP based in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean to attain this prestigious recognition, following a rigorous internal and external evaluation of our programs and services.
